New Facial Cleanser Alert

On my recent trip to Hawaii I was perusing down the aisle at a local grocery store and they had travel size products. Amongst the products was Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser. I've seen it the stores at home but never in a sample size. I already use Burt’s Bees products so of course it's a no brainer to try. I am currently using Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream, Burt's Bees Peach & Willow Bark Deep Pore Scrub, and Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream.


I have combination skin so finding a product that's not going to add too much oil or over dry my skin can sometimes be a task.


I tried the Cleanser for the first time and knew instantly I had to do a review and tell you about this product. It's a lightweight Cleanser that smells delicious and didn't dry my skin. It left my skin refreshed, smelling good, and soft.


I believe this might be a product that I am going to add to my routine. Especially, with the brutal winters we can have here in Michigan. Our winters can really be rough on your skin so if it can clean and keep the necessary moisture needed for my skin and not dry it out I'm sold! I'll keep you posted on other products that I find that might be useful in your everyday life.

Can we talk for a second? So, I just so happened to be on  Pinterest  and this picture of a lip balm crossed my screen. It was the  Shea Moisture Shea Butter Vegan Lip Balm  in Coconut & Hibiscus and African Water Mint & Ginger. Pause. I must get it... both flavors... Hello July: Well Wishes and Thoughts

Hello July and loves, I hope everything is well and July is being the best to you. We have officially made it through two birthdays and 4th of July. Bash's birthday was a success. Everyone had a good time. We were able to celebrate Sly's birthday with a impromptu BBQ. I'm a little disappointed that he had to cook on his birthday and not to mention I wasn't able to be much help because I had to work. We were able to enjoy everyone's company in coming together to celebrate life's moments and make memories. We literally drank for 5 days straight! Talk about a good time! Fourth of July was good because I got to see it through the eyes of my son who was finally old enough to see fireworks. He truly enjoyed it and I enjoyed seeing the excitement he had seeing them. Hello September

Hey Loves,  I do hope that everything is well with you all.  I hope your September is starting out well and your August ended the way you needed it to. August for me was definitely a very busy month. It started with a world wind of things going on. We were able to see and spend time with family which is always plus in my book and travel. Stories about that to come later. The start of September has been productive. I've started to throw things away and clean my house trying to prepare for the winter months to come. I'm not ready for it to get cold but it's coming. We celebrate my brother and nieces birthday. I was even enlisted to make Jell-O shots. That will be up on the channel for Cocktail Friday's this month. I'm glad Mercury is out of retrograde because maybe now I can get some things accomplished. For a brief period of time I felt like I couldn't complete anything.
