Huge Announcement

So, I told you in my Hello January post that I had a huge announcement and I was going to do a separate post. Well, this is that post! Lol. I am super excited to announce that The Fae and Cita Show will be at the Refined Festival in Cleveland, Ohio on March 10, 2018! 

The event is located at Crocker Park, Market Square located at 239 Market St, Westlake, OH 44145 from 4pm-10pm.

The Refined Festival is the first of its kind because it is not produced directly by an Ohio alcohol association. By not being produced directly by an Ohio alcohol association allows small and large distilleries to participate. I like it because it allows everyone to be able to showcase their products in a place and a way they may not have been able to do before. There is also another benefit to this event that makes me happy. The festival helps place cats in homes! Refined teamed up with Tails From the City, it’s a no kill volunteer based shelter. There will be an auction to benefit the cats for the Tails From the City. Not only does the auction benefit the cat’s ticket sales, coat check, and 10% off the food sales go to benefit the cats at the Tails From the City shelter.

There will be 5 interactive bars, food trucks and snacking stations. I’m excited to see the 5 interactive bars and all the drink categories. There will be Cat Cocktails themed drinks, a mocktail bar, pop culture bar, beer bar, and a classic bar. Each bar has 6 featured drinks for an hour and 1 featured drink for the VIP early access.

Some of the featured vendors are Tom’s Foolery, Stillwrights Distillery, Seventh Sons Brewery, Hocking Hills, Moonshine, Red Eagle Distillery, Tessora, Cleveland Urban Winery, Middlewest, Buckeye Vodka, Woodstone Creek Distillery, and that’s just to name a few.
I am super excited about this opportunity and how it will benefit kitties in need. I will post more about this when we get closer to the event. I just could not wait to spread the news! Refined festival here we come!

Can we talk for a second? So, I just so happened to be on  Pinterest  and this picture of a lip balm crossed my screen. It was the  Shea Moisture Shea Butter Vegan Lip Balm  in Coconut & Hibiscus and African Water Mint & Ginger. Pause. I must get it... both flavors... I then check on Target & Walmart to see if I can get it in store. Yes, I can. I purchased it from my local Walmart and couldn't be any happier. Open it up apply it to my lips. What is that smell? Hello July: Well Wishes and Thoughts

Hello July and loves, I hope everything is well and July is being the best to you. We have officially made it through two birthdays and 4th of July. Bash's birthday was a success. Everyone had a good time. We were able to celebrate Sly's birthday with a impromptu BBQ. I'm a little disappointed that he had to cook on his birthday and not to mention I wasn't able to be much help because I had to work. We were able to enjoy everyone's company in coming together to celebrate life's moments and make memories. We literally drank for 5 days straight! Talk about a good time! Fourth of July was good because I got to see it through the eyes of my son who was finally old enough to see fireworks. He truly enjoyed it and I enjoyed seeing the excitement he had seeing them. Hello September

Hey Loves,  I do hope that everything is well with you all.  I hope your September is starting out well and your August ended the way you needed it to. August for me was definitely a very busy month. It started with a world wind of things going on. We were able to see and spend time with family which is always plus in my book and travel. Stories about that to come later. The start of September has been productive. I've started to throw things away and clean my house trying to prepare for the winter months to come. I'm not ready for it to get cold but it's coming. We celebrate my brother and nieces birthday. I was even enlisted to make Jell-O shots. That will be up on the channel for Cocktail Friday's this month. I'm glad Mercury is out of retrograde because maybe now I can get some things accomplished. For a brief period of time I felt like I couldn't complete anything.
