 I am super in love with!

I just wanted to take the time to reintroduce myself. Hi, my name is Felicita. But, you can call me Cita. I am a mother, wife, puppy momma, and sister. I love to travel, do yoga (hoping to get really good at it having practiced since the birth of my baby), love tea, nails, and spending time with my family. I am embarking on a new journey that I am super excited about! I'm going on this journey with one of my best friends and cousin, Tisha. We just started a channel on YouTube, The Fae and Cita Show, it will be a lifestyle channel that will talk about big issues in the world down to what polish I have on my nails. We wanted to start this channel where we would/could talk candidly for women, let Tisha tell you specifically women of color but, if you ask me to help people in general from any walk of life.

We'll be blogging separately and doing the channel together to give you more content on all realms. By, blogging separately you'll get more content with our personal and different point of views!

What I hope to gain out of this to be able to entertain and help people. How you ask? By, poking fun at life moments, talking about personal experiences, and creating open forums for discussion. Hoping what I share can be insightful, change a thought, or making your day a positive one when it didn't start out that way.

The vision I have for my page is to be a one stop shop whether it's in fitness, beauty, travel, marriage, relationships, parenting, food, health, music, and much more. My page will be where I put all my content that doesn't make it on our channel.

Can we talk for a second? So, I just so happened to be on  Pinterest  and this picture of a lip balm crossed my screen. It was the  Shea Moisture Shea Butter Vegan Lip Balm  in Coconut & Hibiscus and African Water Mint & Ginger. Pause. I must get it... both flavors... I then check on Target & Walmart to see if I can get it in store. Yes, I can. I purchased it from my local Walmart and couldn't be any happier. Open it up apply it to my lips. What is that smell? The taste... What the heck is in this lip balm? Can I be honest for a second? I don't like it. Ok, don't get the pitch forks out just yet. I'm a Shea Moisture fanatic. Shea Moisture is always my go to, my wishlist, my it gets me every time Walgreen's has a bogo sale. But, here me out for a second. Hello July: Well Wishes and Thoughts

Hello July and loves, I hope everything is well and July is being the best to you. We have officially made it through two birthdays and 4th of July. Bash's birthday was a success. Everyone had a good time. We were able to celebrate Sly's birthday with a impromptu BBQ. I'm a little disappointed that he had to cook on his birthday and not to mention I wasn't able to be much help because I had to work. We were able to enjoy everyone's company in coming together to celebrate life's moments and make memories. We literally drank for 5 days straight! Talk about a good time! Fourth of July was good because I got to see it through the eyes of my son who was finally old enough to see fireworks. He truly enjoyed it and I enjoyed seeing the excitement he had seeing them. Hello September

Hey Loves,  I do hope that everything is well with you all.  I hope your September is starting out well and your August ended the way you needed it to. August for me was definitely a very busy month. It started with a world wind of things going on. We were able to see and spend time with family which is always plus in my book and travel. Stories about that to come later. The start of September has been productive. I've started to throw things away and clean my house trying to prepare for the winter months to come. I'm not ready for it to get cold but it's coming. We celebrate my brother and nieces birthday. I was even enlisted to make Jell-O shots. That will be up on the channel for Cocktail Friday's this month. I'm glad Mercury is out of retrograde because maybe now I can get some things accomplished. For a brief period of time I felt like I couldn't complete anything.
